حمل حیدراورویزہ کا شغان تحریر،آرچن بلوچ

لامتناعی اختیارات کے حامل سنگت حمل حیدر بلوچ جب خلیج میں تھے، تو اس نے سپرپاور کی طرح اپنی ویٹو پاور کو ایک دوست کے خلاف استعمال کرتے ہوئے اپنے سیاسی سرکل سے اسے ایسا تا ابد معطل کردیا اور اس پر میڈیا بلیک آوٹ ایسا لگا دیا کہ ہم کچھ دوست بڑی کوششیں کرتے ایک سال سے زیادہ مدت گزرنے کے باوجود اسے بحال کروانے سے معزور رہے، اسی دوران سنگت حمل حیدر خلیج سے لندن منتقل ہوئے اور وہاں پہنچتے ہی بی ایس او آزاد لندن زون کے کو ڈسمس کردیا، لیکن ان تمام معاملات کی ناجائز حیثیت کو جانتے ہوئے بھی میں نے ایک خط حمل حیدر کے معارفت بی این ایم کے لیڈرشپ کو لکھا کہ میں بی این ایم کا ممبر تو نہیں ہوں، (حالانکہ میں ایک ممبر تھا) لیکن فکری نزدیکی کی وجہ سے میں اس کا ایک خیرخواہ ہوں، اسی فکری نزدیکی کی وجہ سے 2007 سے لیکر 2012 تک میں اس پارٹی اور اس کے تمام ہم نوا تنظیموں کی تمام اہم بیانات کو انگلش میں ترجمہ کرتے ہوئے مختلف بلوچ ویب سائٹ کے توسط سے شائع کراوتا رہا۔
اس خط میں ،میں نے بی این ایم کی کمزوریوں کے حوالے لکھا کہ وہ اپنے کمزوریوں پر قابو پالیں۔ سوشل میڈیا کی حوالے بھی میں نے لکھا کہ اس پر سنجیدگی سے توجہ دیں، لیکن مجھے جواب کیا ملا، آپ نیچے دیے ہوئے ان کی طرف سے موصول خط سے بخوبی اندازہ لگا سکتے ہیں کہ وہ کتنے سنجیدہ تھے۔ اب ان کو سوشل میڈیا کی اہمیت کا اندازہ ان ہوا ہوگا۔
لیکن اس خط کے لکھنے کا جو میرا اصل مقصد تھا وہ یہ تھا کہ بلوچستان لیبریشن چارٹر کے کمیٹی نے اعلان کیا تھا کہ وہ عنقریب اسے شائع کرکے عوام کے سامنے لائیں گے۔ تو میں نے سوچا کہ اگر چارٹر بلوچ نیشنل فرنٹ کے پلیٹ فارم کے زریعے شنگ ہوجائے اور عوام تک پہنچے تو اس کے قومی تحریک کے اندرونی سیاسی معاملات پر کافی مثبت اثرات ہونگے،لیکن یہ ایک غلط فہمی تھا میرا،میری غلط فہمی یہ تھی کہ ڈاکٹراللہ نظر نے اپنے ایک بیان میں چارٹر کے حمایت میں بیان دیا تھا کہ اچھا ہے، تو اسی حمایت کو لیکر میں یہی سمجھ بیٹھا کہ بی این ایم اور بی ایس او اسکی حمایت بی این ایف کے پلیٹ پارم سے کرینگے،میں نے لکھا تھا کہ :
In principle I believe every positive contribution must be appreciated for the success of our freedom struggle, Balochistan Liberation Charter is one such a contribution that I think BNF should appreciate it by approaching The Charter\’s Coordinating Committee and offering its platform for public consideration. If they have the will to do so then, I think, it is time to start talking with Charter Committee.
اردو ترجمہ: اصولی طور پر میرا یقین ہے کہ قومی جہد کی کامیابی کیلئے ہر مثبت کنٹربیوشن کی حوصلہ افزائی ہونی چاہے، اور بلوچستان لبریشن چارٹر بھی ایک ایسی کنٹریبیوشن ہے، اس لیے بی این ایم کو چاہیے کہ وہ چارٹر کمیٹی کو اپروچ کرتے ہوئے یہ پیش کش کرئے کہ بی این ایف کا پلیٹ فارم چارٹر کو شائع کرنے کیلئے تیار ہے، اگر ان کی خواہش ہے اور وہ اس کیلئے تیار ہیں تو یہی وقت ہے کہ ان کے ساتھ سلسلہ جنبانیت شروع کی جائے۔
لیکن مجھے نہیں معلوم تھا کہ سنگت حمل حیدربلوچ کولندن کس غرض سے بیجا گیا تھا۔ ان کے منصوبے بعد میں مجھے معلوم ہوئے۔ ان کی سیاسی تنگ نظری کو دیکھ کر مجھے سخت کوفت ہوئی۔ اور میں نے ان کے سرگرمیوں کے بارے لکھنا شروع کیا کہ حمل حیدربلوچ نادانی میں کچھ بدیانت لوگوں کے ہاتھوں استعمال ہورہا ہے۔ اور لندن میں ان کی ساری حقیر سرگرمیاں حیربیار کو آسولیٹ isolate کرنے کی غرض سے ہورہی ہیں۔
میری تمام باتوں کا جواب یہ کہ کردیاگیا کہ ‘آرچنء4َ حمل حیدرسرا زھرکئیت‘ اور وہ ریکشن میں یہ سب کچھ کہہ رہاہے کیونکہ اسے حمل حیدر کی جگہ لندن کا ویزہ نہیں دیا گیا، اس ویزہ کا شگان تاحال میرے اوپر اب بھی جاری ہے اور جب بھی میں ان کے غلط پالیسوں پر لکھتا ہوں توجواب میں ویزہ کا شگان میرا پیچھا نہیں چھوڑتا،میں یہاں ایک بات واضح کرتا چلوں کہ مغربی دنیا کے ویزہ خلیجی ممالک کے ویزہ کی طرح نہیں ملتے جیساکہ عام طو پرخلیج میں بسنے والے بلوچ اپنے رشتہ داروں کو سیر کروانے یا کام کے غرض سے ویزہ نکلوا کر بیج دیتے ہیں۔ مغربی ممالک کے ویزے سفارتخانوں میں فارم کی شکل میں درخواستیں دیکر ہی حاصل ہوسکتے ہیں اور وہ بھی کسی اچھے بینک میں ذاتی اکاؤنٹ میں ایک اچھا خاصا رقم وجود رکھتا ہو۔
میں نے سوچا کہ اب وقت آگیا ہے کہ اس خط کو جو میں نے حمل حیدر کے معارفت بی این ایم کو لکھا اور اس کے جواب میں دو ایمیل مجھے موصول ہوے ان کوبلوچ عوام کے سامنے شیئر کروں۔ اور عوام خود فیصلہ کرے کہ آیا مجھے حمل سے کیا کنس تھی؟ اگر مجھے حمل حیدر سے خدا نخواستہ کوئی دشمنی ہوتی تو میں اس پر اعتماد کرتے کیوں ایک لمبا چوڑا خط لکھتا؟

Dear All,

As BNM is still a part of Baloch National Front and BNF might be weak but it is still not defunct and its statements occupationally appear in media on specific matters.

In principle I believe every positive contribution must be appreciated for the success of our freedom struggle, Balochistan Liberation Charter is one such a contribution that I think BNF should appreciate by approaching The Charter\’s Coordinating Committee and offering its platform for public consideration. If they have the will to do so then, I think, it is time to start talking with Charter Committee.

The onus has now fallen on BNM and I also feel it\’s fully capable to rejuvenate some of its previous good policies once adopted by Shaheed Chairman Gulam Mohammad Baloch when he was the head of the BNF.

Now coming to some of the problems and weaknesses BNM facing in media that I feel be redressed by the leadership. It was only Baloch social Media activists’ pressure that forced American foreign office spokesperson to issue a statement about human rights abuses in Balochistan.

1. Social Media Activism is the most sophisticated weapon that all nations around the world are proactively availing themselves from it for advancing their national agenda and cause. And the media has taken a Quantum leap in technology, but unfortunately, in terms of Social Media activism, BNM has failed to avail itself to level of nothingness.

2. In Facebook it has an account but no one believes that it is a real account of BNM. Just a few days back I saw it had only 33 likes, in comparison Khan kalat account has more than 3300 likes. Why BNM failed to avail itself from this modern social media is beyond of my imagination.
3. In twitter BNM has also one Account or Id, but here too it has failed to avail itself to highlight Baloch nation’s political issue.

5. Given the activities of Baloch social activitists , we can see there are more than thousands Baloch activists in social media writing for Baloch cause in different languages in Arabic, English, Balochi, Fasi and Urdu. But BNM failed to select a few dedicated one to be assigned the job of Media cell. Yes we know there are of security concerns and Majbori, but these workers have learned the trick how to do the job.

6. in my experience, I, many times, tried hard to have access to BNM leadership to forward my suggestions or even my protests on some cases but failed. Why BNM failed to devise a mechanism through which suggestions and complains submitted from well۔wishers and activists for leadership’s consideration? On many occasions I forwarded my suggestions through proper channel, but given the lake of response, I feel they were blocked intentionally.

Dears, I’m not entirely blaming BNM’s leadership for their failure as things have been made very difficult for them in Balochistan to make up for the weaknesses in media. BNM’s BSO‘s leadership should immediately change the strategic location of the media war. Diaspora workers should be given the responsibility / the task to wage the media campaign in highlighting human rights abuse, above all the main objective of our struggle for freedom from foreign occupation. But we need a leader abroad to coordinate.
In short BNM must be organized abroad with active zones from different continents.

Dear Archen,
Thank
you for support to our Organization. Your concerns are highly valued and you are assured they have reached to the concerned bodies of the political org.
As you know nothing is perfect anywhere. Indeed there are some weak points that our party facing through this tough struggle. But to address these weaknesses, you as a valued well۔wisher are assured; BNM has been working behind the scenes and will soon bring it to public to help give a better picture.
To take these weaknesses as a ‘‘total failure’’ would be a little unjust to party’s successful struggle and commitment throughout the period.
It is against party policy to discuss the strategies with anyone outside BNM before any official announcement (even though we highly appreciate our well۔wishers for their, suggestions and positive criticism).
Social media networks like facebook pages can’t be monitored or controlled by any political party, especially for a party of ours that is busy struggling against a brutal and ruthless state like Pakistan. Moreover, we have an official website and we are working on it, once constructed, will be up and running again.
Contacting general public and answering every single question and considering every single suggestion is beyond the capability of any political party and BNM is not any different. However, we have a strong political system, we have a party structure, a line of leadership, a large number of party membership and many institutional bodies where we precisely discuss every agenda, draw conclusions and make policies.
